Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Support services and guarantees

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only the refund is not granted:
* Batteries, chargers, accessories with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account which will be communicated to you in the form of a code to be used within 6 months following its date of issue (date of the email being proof).

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund code, please first check your email box used during purchase again.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone.

Items on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and send us your item to OLENERGIES SAS – 104 avenue de la résistance, 93100 Montreuil, France.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift code will be emailed to you.


To return a product, you must send it by mail to OLENERGIES SAS, for FRANCE BATTERY -104 avenue de la resistance 93100 Montreuil, FRANCE.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should use a delivery service that is appropriate for the product (ADR hazardous materials for lithium batteries) that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
